摘要
以水溶性聚磷酸铵(APP)和硫酸锌为原料,对聚磷酸铵与锌的螯合规律做了研究。采用傅里叶红外光谱法对聚磷酸铵及其螯合物做了表征,验证了螯合物的生成。采用FBRM在线粒度监测法考察了温度和pH对聚磷酸铵螯合锌性能的影响。结果表明:相同pH下,在5~40℃时,聚磷酸铵对于锌的螯合容量随着温度的升高逐渐降低;相同温度下,在pH为5~8时,聚磷酸铵对于锌的螯合容量随着pH的增大呈现出先减后增的趋势,且在pH=5.5时出现最低值0.0243 g/g(以每1 g APP含Zn计,下同)。采用无因次方程拟合,建立了螯合容量与温度、pH关系的数学模型。
The law of chelated Zn by ammonium polyphosphate was studied,with water-soluble ammonium polyphosphate and zinc sulphate as raw materials.Ammonium polyphosphate and its chelated product were characterized and the preparation of chelated product was tested.The effect of temperature and pH on the capacity of chelated zinc by ammonium polyphosphate by FBRM was investigated.The results indicated that the chelating capacity of ammonium polyphosphate on Zn gradually reduced with the raising of temperature(5~40℃)when pH was kept constant.In addition,the chelating capacity showed a trend of de creasing first and the increasing with the increase of pH(5~8)and the chelating capacity reached 0.0243 g/g(per 1 g APP)when pH=5.5.A dimensionless equation was developed to predict operational conditions of chelating capacity,temperature and pH.
