产学协同创新空间效应及其影响机理研究——下篇:地理距离视角下的空间外溢效应 被引量:3

Research on the Spatial Effect of Industry-University Synergetic Innovation in China and Its Influencing Mechanism——Part Two:Spatial Spillover Effect from the Perspective of Geographical Distance

摘要 文章基于我国2006-2015年省级面板数据,利用Romer知识生产函数和空间计量面板回归模型,探讨了地理距离约束下产学协同创新空间溢出效应的作用机理,并结合空间权重矩阵阈值调整模型,进一步分析了随地理距离衰减的产学协同创新空间溢出效应。研究表明:产学协同创新的空间溢出效应真实存在,地理距离对产学协同创新的抑制作用在减弱;研发物质资本和研发人力资本均具有强外部性特征,且研发人力资本的空间外部性最为明显;产学协同创新在整体上存在明显的衰减效应,但是存在两个局部集聚区,即局部集聚区Ⅰ(时间距离在150分钟之内)和局部集聚区Ⅱ(时间距离在350到500分钟之间),其中局部集聚区Ⅰ的空间溢出效应更强。 Drawing upon the 2006-2015 Panel Data at the province-level in China,based on the Romer knowledge production function and the spatial metering panel regression model,the mechanism of the spatial spillover effect of university-enterprise synergetic innovation is explored in the paper under the influence of geographic distance. Combined with the threshold weight adjustment model of spatial weight matrix,the spatial spillover effect of university-enterprise synergy innovation with geographic distance attenuation is further analyzed. The research shows that the spatial spillover effect of university-enterprise synergetic innovation does exist,and the inhibition of geographical distance on university-enterprise synergetic innovation is weakening;both the R&D physical capital and R&D human capital have strong externalities,and the spatial externalities of R&D human capital are most obvious;the university-enterprise synergetic innovation has obvious attenuation effects on the whole,but there are also two local accumulation areas,namely local accumulation area I(time distance is within 150 minutes)and local accumulation area II(time distance is Between 350 and 500 minutes),where the spatial agglomeration effect of the local agglomeration zone I is stronger.
