摘要
门禁系统可以方便出入人员进出和实验室的安全监管。现有门禁系统缺乏与实验楼自动化管理系统的融合,在现场授权和远程控制方面有待提升。针对此问题,文章设计了一种基于西门子S7-1200PLC的门禁系统,采用Modbus协议通信将读卡器信息读取到楼宇自动化常用控制器S7-1200PLC,远程通过树莓派发送信号给PLC实现控制门禁,现场通过人机交互界面实现刷卡的授权设置及实验室温度监测。该系统能够实时监控系统的运行数据以及对门禁系统的远程控制,此门禁系统与楼宇自动化控制系统有效融合,提高了实验室使用的便捷性和安全性。
Access control system can facilitate access and laboratory safety supervision, but the existing access control system lacks integration with the laboratory automation management system, which needs to be improved in the field authorization and remote control. In order to solve the problem, this paper designs an entrance guard system based on Siemens S7-1200 PLC. The card reader information is read to S7-1200 PLC, which is a common controller of building automation by using Modbus protocol communication. The entrance guard is controlled remotely by sending signals to PLC through raspberry. The authorization setting of swipe card and the temperature monitoring of laboratory are realized through man-machine interface on the spot. The system can monitor and control the entrance guard in real time. The operation data of the system and the remote control of the access control system can effectively integrate the access control system with the building automation control system, which improves the convenience and security of laboratory users.
