摘要
文章根据电子产品装配线提升机的工作特性,针对现有电子产品装配线提升机大都采用继电接触器控制,属于多段调速,运行过程中存在速度突变会产生机械冲击等问题,提出S形速度曲线在提升机中的应用,提高运行速度平滑性和可靠性,并给出S形速度曲线产生方法和工作原理图。实验表明,该系统运行正常,提升机性能得到提升,系统设计具有通用性,对电子产品装配线提升机交流调速系统设计和改造具有实际参考价值。
For now the electronic product assembly line-hoist is controlled by relay contactor control system,the speed mutation and mechanical shock are produced because of multi-speed control.In this paper,S-shape speed curve is applied in electronic product assembly line-hoist according to the operating characteristics.The speed smoothness and reliability were improved.The method of S-curve generated method and operating principle were proposed in the paper.Experiments show that the system is operating normally,hoist performance has been improved,and the system design has the versatility for the practical reference value of electronic products assembly line hoist AC drive system design and transformation.
