包头市蔬菜中二硫代氨基甲酸酯类农药残留调查 被引量:3

Investigation of dithiocarbamates residue in vegetables in Baotou

摘要 目的了解包头市市售蔬菜中二硫代氨基甲酸酯类农药残留情况,为相关监督部门提供科学依据。方法春秋两季分别在超市和农贸市场采集7类蔬菜共计100份,气相色谱质谱法测定二硫代氨基甲酸酯(DTCs)类农药残留。结果100份样品中共有32份检出二硫代氨基甲酸酯类农药,检出率为32.0%,最高的是叶菜类,检出率为44.7%;其次是甘蓝类,检出率为40.0%;瓜菜类、块根类、茄果类、鲜豆类检出率低于30.0%;鳞茎类未检出。检出值最高为瓜菜类的黄瓜(3.80mg/kg),次之为叶菜类的白菜(3.53mg/kg)和茄果类的西红柿(3.43mg/kg)。结论包头市市售蔬菜中二硫代氨基甲酸酯类农药残留检出率较高,其中6类蔬菜中均有检出,但其残留量均低于国家标准限值。 Objective To understand the pollution level of dithiocarbamates pesticide in vegetables sold in Baotou City,so as to provide scientific basis for related supervision departments.Methods One hundred vegetable samples from seven classes were collected from supermarkets and farmers'markets in spring and autumn,and dithiocarbamates residue was detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Results Dithiocarbamates was detected in 32 vegetable samples with the detection rate of 32.0%.The highest detection rate was in leafy vegetables(44.7%)and followed by cabbage vegetables(40.0%),the detection rate of melon vegetables,root tubers,eggplants and fresh beans was less than 30.0%.No dithiocarbamates were detected in garlic vegetables.The highest content of dithiocarbamates was found in cucumber(3.80mg/kg)and followed by cabbage(3.53 mg/kg)and tomato(3.43 mg/kg).Conclusion The detection rates of the dithiocarbamates residue in the vegetables sold in Baotou are high,but the detection values are lower than the standard limit.
