摘要
目的探讨自动乳腺全容积成像超声在乳腺癌诊断中的价值。方法采用回顾性研究方法,选择乳腺肿块患者73例作为研究对象,其中病理诊断为良性病灶患者(良性组)43例与恶性病灶患者(乳腺癌,恶性组)30例。所有患者都给予常规超声与自动乳腺全容积成像超声,记录影像学特征并判断诊断价值。结果常规超声显示恶性组的乳腺腺体致密、钙化、边界缘毛刺和肿块影等发生率显著高于良性组(P<0.05)。恶性组的虫蚀征、汇聚征等发生率高于良性组,星芒征发生率低于良性组,对比差异都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在73例患者中,常规超声判定为恶性病灶29例,良性病灶44例;自动乳腺全容积成像超声判定为恶性病灶30例,良性病灶43例,常规超声与自动乳腺全容积成像超声在乳腺癌诊断中的敏感性分别为93.33%和100.00%,特异性分别为97.67%和100.00%。结论常规超声与自动乳腺全容积成像超声在乳腺癌诊断中的应用都有比较好的价值,自动乳腺全容积成像超声具有更好的诊断敏感性及特异性。
Objective To investigate the values of automated breast volume scanner in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods Used a retrospective study,73 patients with breast masses who were selected that there were 30 patients with malignant lesions(breast cancer,malignant group)were diagnosed and 43 patients with benign lesions(benign group),all patients were given conventional ultrasound and automated breast volume scanner,recorded the imaging features and judged the diagnostic values.Results The conventional ultrasound showed that the incidences of dense,calcified,border burr and lumps of the mammary glands in the malignant group were significantly higher than that of the benign group(P<0.05).The incidences of eclipse signs and convergent signs in the malignant group were higher than that of the benign group,and the incidences of stellate signs were lower than that of the benign group(P<0.05).In the 73 patients,conventional ultrasound were determined as malignant lesions in 29 patients and benign lesions in 44 patients;automatic breast full-volume imaging ultrasound was determined as malignant lesions in 30 patients and 43 patient of benign lesions,the sensitivity of mammography,conventional ultrasound and automatic breast full volume ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer were 93.33%and 100%,respectively,and the specificities were 97.67%and 100.00%,respectively.Conclusion Mammography,conventional ultrasound and automatic breast full volume imaging ultrasound have good value in the diagnosis of breast cancer,and the automated breast volume scanner has better diagnostic specificity and sensitivity.
