摘要
目的 研究踝部损伤使用X线检测的临床效果.方法 选取该院骨科2017年3月—2018年10月期间收治的107例急性踝关节损伤患者作为研究研究对象,对所有患者实施常规检查和X线检查,比较单纯检查与联合检查的诊断正确率.结果 常规检查方式检出急性踝关节损伤患者82例,诊断正确率为76.64%;X线检查检出急性踝关节损伤患者95例,诊断正确率为88.79%;联合检查检出急性踝关节损伤患者106例,诊断正确率为99.07%.可知X线检测诊断正确率高于常规检测方式,而联合检测方式诊断正确率高于任何一种单纯检测方式,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 使用常规检查联合X线诊断可有效提高踝部损伤诊断正确率,建议在临床中进行运动推广.
Objective To study the clinical effect of X-ray examination in ankle injury. Methods 107 patients with acute ankle injury admitted to our orthopaedic department from March 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the research objects. Routine examination and X-ray examination were performed on all patients, and the diagnostic accuracy of simple examination and combined examination was compared. Results 82 patients with acute ankle injury were detected by routine examination, the diagnostic accuracy rate was 76.64%;95 patients with acute ankle injury were detected by X-ray examination, the diagnostic accuracy rate was 88.79%;106 patients with acute ankle injury were detected by joint examination, the diagnostic accuracy rate was 99.07%. It can be seen that the diagnostic accuracy of X-ray examination is higher than that of routine examination, while that of combined examination is higher than that of any single examination,and there is a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Routine examination combined with X-ray diagnosis can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy of ankle injury. It is suggested that sports should be popularized in clinic.
