摘要
目的探究糖尿病足护理中应用新型敷料的临床意义。方法选择该院2018年1-7月间收治的糖尿病足患者142例,将其按照数字表格随机抽样的方式平均分为实验组和对照组,实验组患者采用新型敷料进行伤口护理,对照组采用传统敷料进行伤口护理,对比两组患者的护理结果。结果实验组患者治愈率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型敷料在糖尿病足患者的护理中疗效显著,值得临床中进行广泛推广和使用。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of new dressing in diabetic foot care. Methods 142 patients with diabetic foot admitted to our hospital from January to July 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group used new dressings for wound care, while the control group used traditional dressings for wound care. The nursing results of the two groups were compared. Results The cure rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The new dressing is effective in the nursing of diabetic foot patients, and it is worth popularizing and using widely in clinic.
