电针治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床研究 被引量：6

摘要 目的观察电针治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的60例患者随机分成针刺组和电针组,每组30例,针刺组采用常规的针刺,电针组采用电针治疗,分别30 min,1次/d,7 d休息1 d,连续4周为1个疗程,1个疗程后采用中医疗效和Lysholm评分进行评定。结果电针组总有效率为86.67%,针刺组总有效率为66.67%,电针组优于针刺组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组Lysholm评分均有所提升,且电针组优于针刺组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针治疗膝关节骨性关节炎能提高临床疗效,改善患者临床症状,值得临床进行推广。
