摘要
目的总结关节镜治疗化脓性膝关节炎的护理措施。方法选取2018年3月-2019年3月在该院进行关节镜治疗的化脓性关节炎患者50例进行研究,对所有患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结手术期间的护理措施,术前做好手术准备,术中加强与医生的手术配合,术后加强基础护理、康复训练,评价患者的恢复情况。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术,平均下床活动时间(41.25±5.79)d。治疗效果优秀35例(70%)、良好13例(26%)、差2例(4%)。有3例患者术后复发,复发率为6%。未有患者关节伸直受限,平均活动度(72.58±20.45)°。结论关节镜治疗脓性关节炎的效果理想,可以缩短治疗时间,但是术后恢复比较慢,加上患者多数为老年人,要加强患者的护理工作,减少并发症的出现,促进患者早日恢复健康。
Objective To summarize the nursing measures for arthroscopic treatment of suppurative knee arthritis. Methods A total of 50 patients with septic arthritis who underwent arthroscopic treatment in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were enrolled. The clinical data of all patients were retrospectively analyzed to summarize the nursing measures during the operation. It is necessary to strengthen the nursing work of patients, reduce the occurrence of complications, and promote the early recovery of patients. health.
