摘要 人工智能可以为知识产权提供全面有效的技术保护。智能加密技术在保障知识产权交易公开透明的同时,能够控制他人对权利客体的访问和接触。权限识别技术可以智能化匹配知识产权许可的多种模式,避免被许可人的越权行为。身份识别技术可用于对行为人是否对知识产权客体享有所有权和使用权的识别,构成权属的初步证据。侵权预警技术则可以帮助权利人及时发现涉嫌侵权的行为,并对竞争对手的知识产权动态进行合法监测,从而及时采取有针对性的措施。 Artificial intelligence can provide comprehensive and effective technical protection for intellectual property.Intelligent encryption technology can control the access and contact of other people's rights objects while ensuring the transparency of intellectual property transactions.The rights identifi cation technology can intelligently match multiple modes of intellectual property licensing and avoid unauthorized actions of the licensee.The identification technology can be used to identify whether the actor has the ownership or the right to use the intellectual property object,and constitutes prima facie evidence of the ownership.Infringement warning technology can help right holders to detect suspected infringements in a timely manner,and legally monitor the intellectual property rights of competitors,so as to take targeted measures in a timely manner.
