摘要
本文章简单介绍了高炉煤气特性,着重探讨了全燃高炉煤气亚临界高参数锅炉参数的选定、受热面的布置,同时介绍了研制过程中遇到水动力安全、燃烧稳定性、锅炉振动等困难点并针对采取的具体措施;最后阐述了该锅炉运行特性。
The characteristics of blast furnace gas are briefly introduced in this paper.This paper focuses on the proposal of the ultra-high temperature subcritical boiler scheme for full-burning blast furnace gas,the selection of parameters,the arrangement of the heating surface.And hydrodynamic safety and combustion stability during the development process,boiler vibartion and other issues are introduced including the solutions.Finally,the operating characteristics of the boiler are described.
