摘要
乡村营建正在如火如荼地进行着,如何有效地实施规划设计,塑造充满地域性的空间场所,使乡村营建能够更好地为乡村旅游提供更可持续的发展是当下重要议题。基于此,文章首先对乡村旅游和乡村营建进行综述,采用“重要性—绩效性”这一评价模型(IPA),对安义古村群这一以乡村旅游为导向的乡村营建现状进行调研与分析,针对其地理条件、基础设施、建筑设计三个要素层进行评价与分析,结合公众对乡村营建后的使用感受,期望在未来营建中给予地域性和人居环境以关注与重视。
Rural construction is in full swing,how to effectively implement the planning and design,the model of regional space,to make the countryside construction better able to provide a more sustainable rural tourism development is an important issue based on this.First of all,the rural tourism and rural construction were reviewed,the importance of performance of this evaluation model(IPA),the AnYi group of the ancient village rural tourism oriented investigation and analysis of the current situation of rural construction and infrastructure for its geographical conditions the evaluation and analysis of the three elements of architectural design layer,combined with the public experience of the use of rural construction,expect to pay attention to the regional and residential environment in the future construction.
