摘要
随着高速公路工程实践标准逐渐提高,承载能力更好的桩-网复合地基逐渐在软土区路基地基处治中。为深层次探索高速公路桩-网复合地基建设期工作形状,依托工程实例,结合现场测试数据和数值模拟,对路基建设期地基沉降、桩土应力等进行了分析。结果表明:地基沉降主要发生在填筑期,整个过程呈现“快速-缓慢-稳定”变化特征;受桩-网复合地基桩土刚度差异客观存在影响,桩承担土压力远大于桩间土,土压力沿路基横向分布呈锯齿状;结合数值模型预测路基长期固结沉降规律,其中建设期沉降基本完成85%以上;数值模型沉降计算与现场测试吻合度较高,验证了其合理性与可靠性。研究成果可为桩-网刚性地基设计提供借鉴。
With the gradual improvement of highway engineering practice standards,pile-net composite foundation with better bearing capacity is gradually in the treatment of Subgrade in soft soil area.In order to deeply explore the working shape of pile-net composite foundation in expressway construction period,based on engineering examples,combined with field test data and numerical simulation,the foundation settlement and pile-soil stress during subgrade construction period are analyzed.The results show that the settlement of foundation mainly occurs in the filling period,and the whole process presents the characteristics of"fast-slow-stable"change;the pile-soil stiffness difference of pile-net composite foundation objectively influences the bearing earth pressure of pile far greater than that of soil between piles,and the lateral distribution of earth pressure along the roadbed is serrated;combined with the numerical model,the long-term consolidation settlement of roadbed roadbed is predicted,in which the settlement of construction period basically completes More than 85%.The numerical model settlement calculation is in good agreement with the field test,which verifies its rationality and reliability.The research results can provide reference for the design of pile-net rigid foundation.
