摘要
随着网络自媒体的快速发展,涉警网络舆情事件日益成为公众关注的焦点。基于扎根理论对影响公安机关舆情引导结果的主要因素进行分析,发现公安机关的回应对舆情引导结果尤为重要,公众意见对公安机关舆情引导结果影响显著,媒体导向会影响公安机关舆情引导的结果。应强化公安机关自身回应过程;加强对媒体与公众的引导,与公众形成良性互动;加强协作,形成多元主体联合治理模式,塑造和维护公安机关的良好形象。
With the rapid development of network we-media,events reguarding police-related network public opinions turn to be the public attention.An analysis of the key factors affecting public security organs'public opinions-guided results based on Grounded Theory suggests special importance of public security organs response to public opinions-guided results,striking influence of public opinions on public security organs'public opinions-guided results,and influence of media orientation on public security organs'public opinions-guided results.Therefore,efforts need to be made to intensify public security organs self-response process,strengthen guidance for the media and the public,develop positive interactions with the public,enhance cooperation,develop a model of multi-subject joint governance,mould and maintain the good image of the public security organs.
