片烟加料筛分工序过程优化研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对振动筛分机设备不便于保养,筛分效率不稳定,加料筛分工序易影响加料均匀性及加料质量的问题,设计了新型振动筛分机,同时对现有加料筛分工序路线进行了优化。介绍了新型振动筛分机的工作原理和优化后的加料筛分工序路线,经过实践检验:1)该方法有利于提高保养效率;2)能够实时监测筛分情况,实现筛灰取样双用途;3)6 mm以下烟末有效筛分率更加稳定,保持在90%左右,保证了筛分效果的稳定;4)改进后进入加料机碎片量得到了有效减少,筒壁粘附碎片量也因此降低,与原设备工况相比,改进后加料机筒壁粘附碎片量更加稳定。 Traditional vibrating screen classifier has disadvantages including incontinence of maintenance,unstable screening efficiency,and unguaranteed casing uniformity and quality.To soleve these problems,a new vibrating screen classifier was designed and the current casing and screening process was optimized.This paper introduces the operating principle of the newly designed vibrating screen classifier and the optimized casing and screening process.By means of practical application,the newly designed vibrating screen classifier has following advantages,including 1)increased maintenance efficiency;2)capability of monitoring the sieving process and realizing casing and sieving simultaneously;3)higher stability of the strip casing and sieving,especially for tobacco waste under 6 mm;4)less amount of adherent fragments on the casing machine wall of the feeder.
