摘要
打造一支高素质的扶贫干部队伍,是打赢脱贫攻坚战,实施乡村振兴战略提供人才保障。2018年以来,广西加大扶贫干部教育培训力度,通过强化“三保障”、抓好“三落实”、实施“三示范”、实行“三统一”、强调“两注重”的培训模式,打造了一支政治觉悟高、懂扶贫、会帮扶、能战斗的干部队伍。但在实践中存在着教师不足,工学矛盾,培训面广、层级多,培训质量参差不齐等有待解决的问题。加大教师资源的整合培育力度,实行灵活多样的培训方式,实施分行业分层级培训,是提高培训的针对性,打造高素质的扶贫干部队伍的有效措施。
Building a contingent of high-quality cadres for poverty alleviation has follows advantages:to win the battle,get rid of poverty,implement the strategy of rural revitalization,and provide talent security.Since 2018,Guangxi has increased the intensity of education and training for cadres of poverty alleviation work,through strengthening the“Three Guarantees”,grasping the“Three Implementation”,implementing the“Three Demonstrations”,implementing the“Three Unification”,emphasizing the training mode of“Two Emphasis”,and creating a training mode with high political awareness,understanding poverty alleviation.However,in practice,there are some issues to be solved,such as the shortage of teachers,the contradiction between work and study,the wide range of training,the many levels,the uneven quality of training and so on.Strengthen the integration and cultivation of teachers’resources,it is an effective measure to improve the pertinence of training and build a contingent of high-quality cadres for poverty alleviation to carry out flexible and diverse training methods.
