摘要
部分高噪声的生产线因工艺要求,周边不能设置硬质隔声板围护。针对这类噪声问题,研制了一种隔声软帘,并对其进行了实验测试与应用验证。通过阻抗管对多种材料组合隔声性能进行对比测试分析,优化了隔声软帘的材料构成;利用混响室法的隔声试验,对隔声软帘产品进行了表观隔声量的测试,获取了隔声软帘的隔声特性及软帘之间的安装形式;对隔声软帘进行小规模试制后,将其应用于某生产线的隔声降噪工程,应用结果表明,该隔声软帘的最大隔声降噪量可达20dB(A),具有较好的噪声控制效果。
Due to process requirements,some high-noise production lines cannot be equipped with hard sound insulation boards.Based on this noise problem,this paper develops a soft curtain for sound insulation,and carries out experimental tests and application verification.Through the contrast,test and analysis of the impedance tubes on the various material sound insulation performance,the paper optimizes the material constitution of the sound insulation soft curtain,uses the sound insulation test of the reverberation chamber method and carries out the test of the sound insulation amount on the sound insulation soft curtain products.Then the paper obtains the installation form between the sound insulation characteristics of the sound insulation soft curtain and the soft curtains.After the small-scale trial production of the soft curtains,it is applied in the sound insulation and noise reduction engineering of a production line.The maximum sound insulation noise reduction of the sound insulation soft curtain can reach at 20dB(A),which has a good noise control effect.
