立式车铣复合机床虚拟仿真加工研究及应用 被引量:3

摘要 立式车铣复合机床结构复杂,在复杂零件加工中,易出现撞刀等情况,极大危害机床安全。应用虚拟仿真加工技术,基于VERICUT仿真加工平台,构建机床虚拟仿真加工系统,能在计算机中对工件进行仿真加工,预知加工中可能存在的干涉、碰撞等危险情况,实现NC程序的正确性检验,提高实际机床的加工效率,同时保障机床使用安全。 Because of the complex structure in vertical turning and milling compound machine tool,it's easy to hit the tools in the complex parts processing which would greatly harm the safety of the machine tool.By applying the virtual simulation machining technology,the virtual simulation machining system is built based on the VERICUT machining simulation platform;thus the workpiece can be simulated and processed in a computer,and the dangerous situations such as interference and collision in the machining process can be predicted.The correctness test of NC program is realized,the processing efficiency of actual machine tool is improved,and the safety of machine tool is ensured at the same time.
