摘要
为明确生物农药2%几丁聚糖水剂对黄瓜白粉病的防治效果,本试验设置了三种有效成分用量分别为10.2、12.6、15.0 g/hm^2的2%几丁聚糖可湿性粉剂的田间防效对比。结果显示,药后10 d三种粉剂的防效分别为73.98%、78.59%和80.10%。可见,2%几丁聚糖水剂对黄瓜白粉病具有良好的防治效果且安全,可以在生产上推广使用,实际生产中推荐有效成分使用剂量为10.2g^12.6 g/hm^2。
In order to determine the control effect of 2%chitosan on cucumber powdery mildew,the field control experiment was carried out with the dosage of 10.2,12.6 and 15.0 g/hm^2 of 2%chitosan WP.The results showed that the control effects were 73.98%,78.59%and 80.10%respectively 10 days after application.2%chitosan has good control effect and safety on cucumber powdery mildew.It can be widely used in production.The recommended dosage of effective component is 10.2-12.6 g/hm^2.
