摘要
近年来,随着互联网技术与视频技术的深入发展,其在各行各业得到了广泛应用。以往主要依靠安全管理员深入一线施工现场进行监督和管理的传统管理模式已无法满足当前安全生产的实际需要。因此,本文探究以先进科学的管理方式,利用“互联网+”思想,将视频监控技术与GIS技术相结合,积极探索一种新的安全生产管理模式,研究基于GIS的安全生产远程视频监控平台,以达到“事前预防”“事中控制”“事后处理”,实现安全生产管理工作网络化、信息化、智能化,为现代企业安全生产管理和辅助决策提供技术支撑。
In recent years,with the in-depth development of Internet technology and video technology,they have been widely used in various industries.In the past,the traditional management mode,which relied mainly on security administrators to go deep into the first-line construction site for supervision and management,could not meet the actual needs of current safe production.Therefore,this paper seeks to use advanced scientific management method,use"Internet+"idea,combine video surveillance technology and GIS technology,actively explore a new safe production management mode,and study GIS-based safety production remote video surveillance platform to achieve"Pre-existence prevention","In-process control"and"Post-processing"to realize the networking,information and intelligentize for safety production management,and provide technical support for the safe production management and decision-making of modern enterprises.
