摘要
传统智能仓储领域,主要是以视频监测和人防为主,无法实时显示数字化环境信息并及时对现场设备进行控制。在此基础上,设计了一套基于虚拟现实与物联网技术的仓储远程在线监控系统。传感器通过自适应频率采集算法采集仓储环境的环境信息和执行设备状态发送给云服务器,应用虚拟现实成像技术创建仓库的三维仿真环境。当有异常情况发生时,云服务器端通过传感器采集的数据对事故进行判断、分析,智能推送相应的解决方案。经长期测试,此系统监控实时性高,数据传输可靠,运行稳定。
The traditional intelligent storage field is mainly based on video surveillance and civil air defense,which can not display real-time digital environment information and control the field equipment in time.On this basis,a remote online monitoring system based on virtual reality and Internet of things technology is designed.The sensor collects the environment information of the storage environment and implements the device state through the adaptive frequency acquisition algorithm,and sends them to the cloud server,and creates the three-dimensional simulation environment of the warehouse by using virtual reality imaging technology.When the abnormal situation occurs,the cloud server carries on the judgment and the analysis to the accident through the data which the sensor collects,and the intelligent pushes the corresponding solution.After long-term testing,the system has high real-time monitoring,reliable data transmission and stable operation.
