摘要
随着煤矿开采量的日益提升,输送机使用与输送量的增多使得带式输送机在使用过程中常出现断裂、打滑、超温等故障,极大影响煤矿生产与安全。为解决这一问题,设计一套煤矿井下带式输送机保护系统。通过对常见故障的分析,硬件电路、软件系统的设计,基于DSP数字处理器主控单元,对带式输送机设计了微机保护系统,硬件电路与软件系统的主要设计介绍,具体有采样保持电路、电源电路等。实际运行表明该系统对于煤矿的生产与效益提升具有重要的意义。
With the increasing of coal mining, the use of conveyor and the increase of conveyor make the belt conveyor often break, slip,overtemperature and other faults in the use process, which greatly affects the production and safety of coal mine. In order to solve this problem, a set of mine underground belt conveyor protection system was designed. Through the analysis of common faults, the design of hardware circuit and software system, based on the DSP digital processor main control unit, a microcomputer protection system for the belt conveyor, and introduces the main design of hardware circuit and software system were designed, including sampling and holding circuit, power circuit, etc. The actual operation shows that the system is of great significance for the production and benefit promotion of coal mines.
