摘要
随着社会经济发展,人们不但越来越追求建筑品质,同时也越来越追求建筑的施工速度,而装配式建筑正可以同时满足这两项要求。不过,由于我国的装配式建筑发展较晚,且装配式建筑工程造价与成本普遍偏高,所以在其工程造价预算与成本控制方面仍旧存在着一些问题,若想合理确定工程造价,有效控制工程成本,必须要针对相关问题进行深入研究。本文主要分析了装配式建筑工程造价预算与成本控制中存在的问题,并提出了相关策略。
With the development of social economy, people not only pursue building quality more and more, but also pursue building construction speed more and more, and assembly building can meet these two requirements at the same time. However, due to the late development of assembly building in China and the high cost of assembly building, there are still some problems in its cost budget and cost control. If we want to reasonably determine the cost of construction and effectively control the cost of construction, we must conduct in-depth research on relevant issues.This paper mainly analyses the problems existing in the budget and cost control of assembly construction project cost,and puts forward relevant strategies.
