高级迭代重建在低剂量肺部CT扫描的应用价值

摘要 目的:探讨迭代重建技术(iDose4)在低剂量肺部CT扫描的应用价值。方法:收集我院80例体质量指数正常行肺部CT检查的患者随机分为常规剂量A组、低剂量B组、C组、D组、E组,每组各20例。各组均采用100kV,A组管电流100mAs,行滤波反投影(FBP)重建;B组、C组、D组、E组分别采用60mAs、迭代iDose42级重建,45mAs、迭代iDose44级重建,30mAs、迭代iDose45级重建,15mAs、迭代iDose47级重建。比较各组的辐射剂量及图像质量,进行统计学分析。结果:B组、C组、D组、E组有效剂量(ED)分别为(1.58±0.17)、(1.17±0.11)、(0.73±0.13)、(0.42±0.19)mSv、E组相较A组(2.73±0.21)mSv降低约85%(P<0.05)。各组的SNR、CNR及主观评分与A组比较均没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:iDose4迭代重建技术随着重建等级增加,减少噪声水平相应增加,在低剂量肺部CT扫描中具有重要临床价值。
