3D-ASL三维全脑灌注成像技术在急性缺血性脑卒中的临床应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:评价3D-ASL三维全脑灌注成像技术(简称3D-ASL)于急性缺血性脑卒中患者的临床价值。方法:对本院诊断的60例急性缺血性脑卒中患者实施数值分析,评估3D-ASL对患者的诊断阳性总计率,分析患者的3D-ASL诊断结果、临床诊断结果。结果:3D-ASL对急性缺血性脑卒中患者的诊断阳性总计率是53.33%;将临床诊断结果用作金标准,采用3D-ASL诊断方式对急性缺血性脑卒中患者的诊断灵敏性是73.33%,诊断特异性是66.67%。结论:对急性缺血性脑卒中患者采用3D-ASL实行诊断存在重要临床意义。
