冠心病患者行宝石能谱CT冠状动脉成像检查的诊断价值研究

摘要 目的:探讨冠心病患者行宝石能谱C T冠状动脉成像检查的诊断价值。方法:回顾性选取接受宝石能谱C T冠状动脉成像检查的患者1156例,同时和冠状动脉造影进行比较,对宝石能谱CT冠状动脉成像所具备的诊断准确性进行评价。结果:宝石能谱C T冠状动脉成像检查准确率与冠状动脉造影差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:宝石能谱CT冠状动脉成像在对冠心病患者进行检查时可取得良好图像质量,取得较高的诊断准确率。 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of gem energy spectrum CT coronary artery imaging in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 1156 patients who received gemstone energy spectrum CT coronary imaging were retrospectively selected and compared with coronary angiography to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of gemstone energy spectrum CT coronary imaging.Results There was no significant difference in the accuracy of gem CT coronary angiography and coronary angiography(P>0.05).Conclusion Gemstone energy spectrum CT coronary artery imaging can achieve good image quality and high diagnostic accuracy in patients with coronary heart disease.
