摘要
采用文献资料法等方法,就美国著名场馆运营商-AEG的场馆运营模式、成功经验及O2体育馆财务状况进行研究,以期为我国体育场馆专业运营公司的发展提供经验借鉴。认为AEG的运营经验主要体现在其进行各领域的专业分工与合作、经营职业赛事、强大的资源获取能力、推进集团化运营和进行常态化公益活动等方面。提出我国体育场馆专业运营公司应努力提高获取大型文体活动资源能力、加快实现集团化连锁运营、打造体育服务综合体、合理控制场馆运营成本。
By using the method of documentation,this paper studies the operating mode,successful experience and financial situation of O2 gymnasium of AEG,a famous venue operator in the United States,in order to provide experience for the development of professional operating companies of Chinese stadiums.The operation experience of AEG is mainly embodied in its professional division and cooperation in various fields,professional competition,strong resource acquisition ability,promoting group operation and normal public welfare activities.It is pointed out that the professional operating companies of stadiums and Gymnasiums in China should strive to improve their ability to acquire resources for large-scale sports activities,accelerate the realization of group chain operation,build sports service complex,and reasonably control the operating costs of stadiums and gymnasiums.
