摘要
目的:探讨磁共振成像技术在评价乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效方面的应用功能与价值。方法:选取某院2018年2月~2019年2月期间收治的乳腺癌新辅助化疗患者共计28例,采取回顾分析的方式分别对其磁共振成像技术在新辅助化疗疗效评价方面的功能进行分析。结果:通过研究对比发现,磁共振成像技术在早期监测乳腺癌新辅助化疗方面具有一定的应用效果,可以在一定程度上提升诊断的疗效,特别是在单体素复合胆碱锋值变化方面具有很好的预测针对性与敏感性。结论:选择磁共振成像技术实现乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效的临床效果评价具有重要的应用价值,建议临床推广使用。
Objective: To explore the application function and value of magnetic resonance imaging in evaluating the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer. Methods: A total of 28 patients with neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer admitted to a hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected. The function of magnetic resonance imaging technique in the evaluation of neoadjuvant chemotherapy was analyzed by retrospective analysis. Results: Through research and comparison, it is found that magnetic resonance imaging has certain application effects in early monitoring of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer, which can improve the therapeutic effect to some extent, especially it has a good sensitivity and pertinence to predict the change of monomer compound choline front value. Conclusion: The clinical evaluation of the efficacy of magnetic resonance imaging in the treatment of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer has important application value. It is recommended to be used clinically.
