摘要
大自然中的绝大多数颗粒均为非球形颗粒.文中以小麦种子颗粒这种典型的非球形颗粒为研究对象,采用二维DEM数值模拟技术研究种子颗粒在最常见的条播机械外槽轮排种器工作过程中的运动情况.由外槽轮排种器的AutoCAD图建立了该排种器的二维离散元法分析模型,采取了同时生成三种椭圆形颗粒仿真模型的方式,利用课题组自主开发的DEM仿真分析软件,从宏观和微观两个方面对种子颗粒流进行深入的研究分析.同时,在试验台上进行台架试验,通过实验结果与数值模拟结果的对比,初步验证了建立的椭圆形颗粒模型、条播机械边界模型的可行性和有效性,为数值模拟技术在条播机械研究和优化中的应用探索了一种新方法.
Most of the particles in the nature are non-spherical particles.In this paper,the wheat seed,which is one of the typical not-spherical particles,is taken as the research object.The mechanism of seed movement in the fluted roll metering device,which is one of the most common drilling machineries,is studied by using the 2D DEM numerical simulation technology.The boundary model of fluted roll metering device is established based on its AutoCAD diagram.Three elliptical particle models are used at the same time.The in-house DEM simulation software developed is used to study the mechanism of seed flow macroscopically and microscopically.At the same time,a bench test is conducted,and the results are compared with the simulation results.The feasibility and effectiveness of the established elliptical particle model and boundary model of the drilling machinery is verified.A new method is explored for the application of numerical simulation technology in the research and optimization of drilling machinery.
