摘要
农业信息作为促进中国农业发展的关键因素,正逐步渗透到农业生产和经营的各个环节,并在改造传统农业、发展农村经济、促进农业现代化的过程中发挥重要作用。在研究中国农业信息服务体系发展历程的基础上,分析了农业信息服务体系建设在主体功能、供给方式和保障体系三方面表现出的问题,并就推进中国农业信息服务体系建设提出了建议。
As a key factor to promote the development of agriculture of China,the agricultural information is gradually infiltrating into all aspects of agriculture,and it plays an important role in the process of transforming traditional agriculture,developing rural economy,and promoting agricultural modernization.On the basis of studying the development history of agricultural information service system in China,the problems in the construction of agricultural information service system in terms of main functions,supply methods and security systems were analyzed,and four suggestions on how to promote the construction of agricultural information service system were put forward.
