摘要
开关磁阻电机在带载低速启动时,容易出现启动转速超调量过多、起动时转子出现拒转的现象。针对这一问题,本设计以纺织用三相开关磁阻电机为例,利用旋转变压器作为位置检测传感器,在电机低速启动时精确地检测出定转子的相对位置以及转速,最后完成了旋转变压器在开关磁阻电机上的安装以及实验,结果与霍尔传感器作比较,检测的转子位置更加精确,获取到转速的时间更短,启动时超调量明显降低,具有实用性。
When the switched reluctance motor is started at low speed, it is easy to have too much overshoot at starting speed and turn off the rotor when starting. Aiming at this problem, the design takes three phase switched reluctance motor as an example and uses rotary transformer as position detection sensor to accurately detect relative position and speed of stator and rotor when motor starts at low speed. Finally, the installation and experiment of resolver on switched reluctance motor is completed. The result shows that the rotor position is more precise compared with the Holzer sensor, and the time to get the rotational speed is shorter, which is practical.
