摘要
我国马铃薯的产量和面积都达到了世界第一,但其单产却很低。主要原因之一是马铃薯标准体系的不合理、不完善。分析发现,我国马铃薯标准化体系存在如下问题:结构不合理;标准数量少、涵盖领域不全;标准内容存在相互矛盾和重复,不能形成统一的整体;适用于马铃薯的绿色食品标准严重不足。提出了要建立协调一致的马铃薯标准体系,完善保障措施和配套措施,完善统一的马铃薯绿色食品标准,学习国外先进经验以及加大标准的宣传、实施以及信息的反馈等发展建议。
The yield and area of potatoes in China were the first in the world,but the yield per unit area was very low.One of the main reasons was the unreasonable and imperfect potato standard system.The analysis found that the potato standardization system in China has the following problems:the structure was unreasonable;the number of standards was small,and the coverage area was incomplete;the standard content was contradictory and repeated,which could not form an unified whole;the green food standards applicable to potatoes were seriously insufficient.The development suggestions of establishing a coordinated potato standard system,improving safeguard measures and supporting measures,perfecting the unified potato green food standard,learning from foreign advanced experience and increasing the publicity,implementation and information feedback of the standard were put forward.
