摘要
以水稻秸秆为原料,采用预处理和提纯处理工艺制备纤维素并进行工艺优化。预处理工艺中,NaOH浓度影响较显著,优化工艺参数为:NaOH浓度8.3%,固液比1∶5,温度20±2℃,时间24 h;提纯处理工艺中,各因素重要性依次为:温度>NaOH浓度>Na2 SO3浓度>时间>固液比,优化工艺参数为:NaOH浓度2.4%、Na2 SO3浓度2%、固液比1∶15、100℃条件下处理2 h;随着NaOH及Na2 SO3浓度增大,水稻秸秆失重率增大,表面杂质减少,纤维素含量提高、而半纤维素和木质素含量减少。在此基础上采用TEMPO氧化物体系制备的纤维素纳米晶须尺寸小,结构均匀,制得率高。
The cellulose from rice straw was prepared by pretreatment and refining treatment,and the optimum conditions were obtained:regarding the pretreatment,the effect of NaOH concentration was significant,and the optimized parameters were:NaOH concentration was 8.3%,solid-liquid ratio was 1:5,treating tempera-ture was 20±2℃and time 24h;regarding the refining treatment,the importance of the relative factors were:tem-perature>NaOH concentration>Na2 SO3 concentration>time>solid-liquid ratio,and the optimized parameters were:NaOH concentration was 2.4%,Na2 SO3 concentration was 2%,solid-liquid ratio was 1:15,treating tem-perature was 100℃and time 2h.With the increase of NaOH and Na2 SO3 concentration,the weight loss and cel-lulose contents increased while surface impurities,hemicellulose and lignin contents decreased.The treated cellu-loses were further used to prepare cellulose nano-whiskers with TEMPO system.The results showed that the cellu-lose treated with optimal parameters could produce nano-whiskers with the most uniform structure and highest yield rate.
