摘要
汽车动力总成中扭矩冲击导致离合器系统过载失效是一种常见的失效模式,而在混合动力系统中,多动力源的组合以及系统更多的不同工况会提高对离合器系统造成大扭矩冲击的概率。文章针对某自主品牌的新一代混合动力系统在特定工况下的扭矩冲击问题,结合仿真分析和实车工况分析,得到了冲击扭矩的发生规律,并根据该规律制定了发动机断油保护策略,解决了离合器和双质量飞轮因受到扭矩冲击而导致的失效问题。
Torque impact is the common failure mode in automotive powertrain system. However, in hybrid powertrain system, the probability of torque shock to the clutch system will be increased because of the combination of power sources and different operating conditions. To solve the torque impact problem of new generation hybrid system, the law of torque impact occurrence is found by simulation and vehicle test analysis. According to the principle, the engine fuel-cut protection strategy is formulated, and the problem of clutch and dual-mass flywheel failure caused by torque impact is therefore solved.
