摘要 在利用大数据推动信息化和工业化深度融合发展的趋势下,汽车制造企业对智能制造转型升级的需求非常迫切。上汽乘用车公司依托行业领先的自动化装备和信息化系统,自主构建具有自身业务特点的工业大数据平台,应用人工智能新方法与技术,开展大数据治理与大数据技术创新应用实践,进而实现汽车制造过程价值发现和供应链业务智能优化。通过对智能化升级演进路径模型的研究,结合实际项目详细阐述了上汽智能制造转型对策,并提出汽车行业智能化升级措施建议,以期为相关产业及企业提供参考和借鉴。 Under the trend of using big data to promote the in-depth integration of informationization and industrialization,automobile manufacturers have an urgent need for the transformation and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing.Based on the leading automation equipment and information system,an industrial big data platform are built by SAIC Passenger Vehicle Company independently,the new methods and technologies of artificial intelligence are applied,big data governance and big data technology innovation application practice are carried out to realize the value discovery of automobile manufacturing process and intelligent optimization of supply chain business.Through the research on the intelligent upgrade evolution path model,combined with the actual project,the SAIC intelligent manufacturing transformation strategy is elaborated,and the intelligent upgrading measures of the automotive industry are proposed,in order to provide reference for related industries and enterprises.
