汽车座椅骨架强度分析及结构优化

摘要 对某型汽车驾驶座椅进行结构设计,基于CATIA建立座椅骨架有限元模型,分析得到座椅骨架的强度、受力和位移特性,根据分析结果对座椅骨架的部件布局、结构强度进行改进和优化.设计的座椅骨架满足国家标准强度要求并具有经济性.研究可为座椅骨架的设计和结构强度改善提供参考. The structural design of a certain type of car driver seat is made.Based on the CATIA,a finite element model is established to analyze the strength,force and displacement of the seat skeleton.According to the analysis results,the layout and structural strength of the seat skeleton are improved and optimized.The design of the seat frame takes into account the strength and economic requirements,and the research can provide a reference for the correct design of the seat frame and structural strength improvement.
