摘要
目的探讨医护跨专业以问题为基础的教学法在本科《传染病护理学》教学中的效果。方法将37名护理3年级本科生分为6组,进行以问题为基础的教学。并邀请2名助产专业实习生、2名临床专业实习生共同参与课堂讨论。采用自行设计的调查表从学生角度对教学效果进行评价。结果教学后,绝大多数学生对教学安排及设置满意;认为教师团队准备充分、督促学生进行自主学习并及时反馈;在自我学习方面,促进了学生学习态度的积极转变,提高了学习兴趣,促进学生知识的掌握和知识面的拓展。在学生自我能力培养方面,有效锻炼并提高了学生文献检索、创新性思维、自主学习、团队协作、人际沟通能力。并促进各专业学生认清各自专业职责,提高了分析问题、解决问题的能力。结论医护跨专业以问题为基础的教学法提高了教学质量。
Objective To explore the effects of interprofessinal problem-based learning in Communicable Diseases Nursing for medical and nursing students. Methods Interprofessinal problem-based learning was implemented for the third year bachelor nursing students,who were 37 in total and divided into 6 groups. 2 midwifery interns and 2 medical interns were invited to participate in the class discussion phases. Self-deign questionnaire was distributed to students in order to know the teaching effects from the students perspective. Results Most students were satisfied with teaching arrangement. They also thought the teacher team prepared well,supervised students study and gave response in time. Through study,most students changed their study attitude positively,improved their study interest,promoted their gaining knowledge and expanded their knowledge. Also,their ability of literature review,creative thinking,self-learning,team work and communication were trained and improved. It also helped them know more clearly about their professional responsibility and further improved their ability of problem analyzing and solving. Conclusions Interprofessinal problem-based learning for medical and nursing students improved teaching quality.
