团体心理辅导在内新班《心理健康教育》课程中的实践性研究——以安徽省某医学院校内新班为例 被引量:3

A Study on Group Psychological Counseling in NeiXinBan Students’ Mental Health Education——Take the Students of a Medical College in Anhui Province as an Example

摘要 目的研究如何通过团体心理辅导来提高内新班学生的心理健康水平。方法通过对目前安庆医药高等专科学校所有内新班学生的心理健康状况进行调查,筛选出有显著心理症状的的学生75名,随机均等分配15人分别作为干预组和非干预组,进行对比分析研究。结果经过团体心理干预之后,干预组成员的因子平均分比非干预组成员降低了,它们之间的差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论经过团体心理辅导以后,内新班学生各种人际关系敏感、抑郁和焦虑得到减轻,达到知情意三者合一,满足了内新班学生多层次的心理需求,心理健康水平均得到了提高。 Objective This study aimed to use group psychological counseling to improve the mental health level of the students in NeiXinBan. Method By investigating the mental health status of all the students in NeiXinBan, 75 students with significant psychological symptoms were selected, and 15 students were randomly assigned as the intervention group and the non-intervention group for comparative analysis. Results After group psychological intervention, the average factor score of the intervention group members was lower than that of the non-intervention group members, and the difference between them was statistically significant ( p < 0.05). Conclusion After group psychological counseling, all kinds of interpersonal relationship sensitivity, depression and anxiety of the students in NeiXinBan had been alleviated, and the students in the new class had achieved the unity of knowing and feeling, which had met the multi-level psychological needs of the students in NeiXinBan, and their mental health level had been improved.
