摘要
“第三方利润源”的物流日益成为国民经济发展的重要支撑,适应全球经济一体化及国家战略需要的物流人才成为物流业发展的关键。文章围绕十九大报告提出科教兴国战略、人才强国战略、创新驱动战略及习近平总书记的2018年全国教育大会上的讲话精神,结合目前物流就业现状,“去产能”和市场“需求不足”结构性矛盾,分析其存在的主要问题,提出适应国家战略需求的高校物流人才培养模式及解决对策。
Logistics as“third-party profit source”,has increasingly become an important support to the development of national economy,and logistics talents have become a key to the development of logistics industry.That adapts to the needs of global economic integration and national strategy.Centering on the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education,strengthening the country through human resources,and innovation-driven strategy proposed in the 19th national congress of CPC and the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech at the 2018 national education conference,and based on the current employment situation of logistics,the structural contradictions of“capacity reduction”and“insufficient demand”in the market.This paper analyzes the main problems of logistics education and puts forward the logistics talent training mode and countermeasures to meet the national strategic needs.
