摘要 工业互联网平台是制造业企业实现智能制造的重要载体。面向航天系统复杂产品的智能制造,阐述了工业互联网平台的组成,基于平台的企业业务数字化集成以及车间智能化改造方案。通过航天企业智能制造样板间改造和建设,开展了跨企业智能制造应用。为企业开展基于工业互联网平台的智能制造提供了参考。 Industrial internet platform is an important carrier for manufacturing enterprises to realize intelligent manufacturing. For intelligent manufacturing of complex aerospace products,the composition of industrial Internet platform,digital integration of enterprise business based on platform and intelligent transformation scheme of workshop were proposed. Through the construction of the model room of intelligent manufacturing of aerospace enterprises,the application of intelligent manufacturing across enterprises was carried out. It provides a reference for enterprises to develop intelligent manufacturing based on industrial internet platform.
