摘要
目的:比较改良和传统义齿引流型囊肿阻塞器应用于青少年颌骨囊肿开窗减压治疗的效果。方法:将100例青少年颌骨囊肿患者随机分为对照组(传统义齿引流型囊肿阻塞器)与试验组(改良义齿引流型囊肿阻塞器),比较两组患者术中出血量、伤口愈合时间、治疗前后牙周袋深度及平均灰度值等指标的统计学差异。结果:试验组患者术中出血量(9.38±1.05)ml、伤口愈合时间(5.45±1.04)d显著低于对照组患者(12.60±1.71)ml、(6.12±0.92)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后比较,试验组患者牙周袋深度(2.68±0.52)mm显著低于对照组患者(3.46±0.59)mm,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组患者平均灰度值(90.03±8.65)显著高于对照组患者(75.78±8.11),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者囊肿缩小范围(83.24±5.63)%、囊肿缩小的体积(81.30±2.57)mm 3、骨质增生厚度(32.57±3.40)mm显著高于对照组患者(53.61±3.85)%、(35.38±2.19)mm 3、(18.93±4.12)mm,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者临床疗效比较,试验组治愈人数显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:改良型义齿引流型囊肿阻塞器应用于青少年颌骨囊肿开窗减压治疗相对于传统型的效果较好,安全性提高,更适用于临床应用。
Objective:To compare the effect of modified and traditional denture drainage cyst occluder in the treatment of juvenile jaw cyst with fenestration decompression.Methods:100 adolescent patients with jaw cyst were randomly divided into the control group(traditional denture drainage type cyst occluder)and the experimental group(modified denture drainage type cyst occluder).The amount of bleeding,wound healing time,periodontal pocket depth and mean gray scale value between the two groups were compared.Result:Intraoperative blood loss(9.38±1.05)ml and wound healing time(5.45±1.04)d in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(12.60±1.71)ml(6.12±0.92)d,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the periodontal pocket depth(2.68±0.52)mm in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(3.46±0.59)mm,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mean gray scale value(90.03±8.65)in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.78±8.11),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cyst reduction range(83.24±5.63),cyst reduction volume(81.30±2.57)mm 3,and bone hyperplasia thickness(32.57±3.40)mm in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(53.61±3.85)%,(35.38±2.19)mm 3,(18.93±4.12)mm,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Comparing the clinical efficacy between the two groups,the number of patients cured in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified denture drainage type cyst occluder has better efficacy and safety in the treatment of juvenile jaw cyst with fenestration decompression than the traditional type,which is more suitable for clinical treatment.
