摘要
以苯佐卡因为原料,通过微通道反应器,使苯佐卡因与不同的溴代衍生物发生取代反应,得到了一系列结构新颖的苯佐卡因衍生物,研究了反应条件对单取代和双取代反应的影响,最后对得到的衍生物进行初步生物活性测试,发现部分化合物对金黄色葡萄球菌其有一定的抗菌活性.
With benzocaine as starting material,a series of novel brominated derivatives were synthesized via substitution reaction in the micro-channel reactor.The effect of reaction condition on the preparation was discussed.The result of preliminary bioassay showed that some of the derivatives had antibacterial activity against staphylococcus aureus.
