摘要
目的分析评价糖尿病足动脉血管早期病变采取彩色多普勒超声诊断的价值。方法该次将该院于2017年1月—2018年1月收治的糖尿病足动脉血管早期病变患者100例(胫后动脉118支)作为研究的对象,均采取彩色多普勒超声诊断,并以X线数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查结果作为“金标准”,对彩色多普勒超声诊断价值进行分析评价。结果①100例患者均经DSA诊断确诊,采取彩色多普勒超声诊断结果显示确诊98例,确诊率为98.00%,假阳性2例,假阳性率为2.00%;两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②在血管狭窄状况诊断结果方面,DSA诊断结果显示IV级48支、III级32支、II级28支、I级10支;彩色多普勒超声诊断结果显示IV级43支、III级36支、II级30支、I级9支;彩色多普勒超声诊断IV级低估5支、III级高估4支、III级高估2支、I级低估1支,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在糖尿病足动脉血管早期病变诊断过程中,彩色多普勒超声诊断的应用价值颇高,为了确保诊断准确率的进一步提高,可辅助DSA诊断方法。
Objective To evaluate the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of early diabetic foot arterial disease.Methods 100 patients with early diabetic foot disease(118 posterior iliac artery)who were admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled in this study.Color Doppler ultrasound was used to diagnose X-ray digital subtraction angiography(DSA)examination results as a"gold standard",the value of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis was analyzed and evaluated.Results 1.100 patients were diagnosed by DSA.The results of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis showed that 98 cases were diagnosed,the diagnosis rate was 98.00%,2 cases were false positive,and the false positive rate was 2.00%.Between the two groups the difference was not statistically signifincant(P>0.05).2.In the diagnosis of vascular stenosis,the results of DSA diagnosis showed 48 grade IV,32 grade III,28 grade II,and 10 grade I;color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis showed 43 grade IV,36 grade III,30 grade II,and 9 grade I;color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis,grade IV underestimation of 5,grade III overestimation 4,grade III overestimation 2,and grade I underestimation 1,Between the two groups the difference was not statistically signifincant(P>0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of early pathological changes of diabetic foot arteries,the application value of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis is quite high.In order to ensure the further improvement of diagnostic accuracy,DSA diagnosis method can be assisted.
