摘要
目的探究优质护理在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用价值和满意度评价。方法此次研究涉及对象为妊娠期糖尿病患者80例,研究对象选取时间段为2018年1—12月,分为参照组(40例)与研究组(40例),给予参照组常规护理,给予研究组优质护理。对比两组患者血糖控制情况、知识掌握情况、自我护理能力与护理满意度,进行统计学分析。结果研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖与睡前血糖水平优于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理后知识掌握评分与自我护理能力均优于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期糖尿病患者实施优质护理,不仅有助于血糖控制,还可提高认知水平,改善自我护理能力,得到满意评价,护理效果显著。
Objective To explore the application value and satisfaction evaluation of quality nursing in patients with gestational diabetes.Methods The study involved 80 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,from January to December 2018,divided into reference group(40 cases)and study group(40 cases).The reference group received routine care and gave high quality care to the study group.The blood glucose control,knowledge acquisition,self-care ability and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups for statistical analysis.Results The fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose and bedtime blood glucose levels in the study group were superior to the reference group(P<0.05).The post-care knowledge acquisition score and self-care ability of the study group were better than the reference group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of quality nursing for patients with gestational diabetes not only helps blood glucose control,but also improves cognitive level,improves self-care ability,and obtains satisfactory evaluation.The nursing effect is remarkable.
