摘要
目的:探讨提高宜昌市严重精神障碍在册患者服药率的方法。方法:成立问题解决小组,采取头脑风暴法分析严重精神障碍患者服药率低的原因,并采取加强健康宣教、调整药量或更换药物、提高医疗保障比例及完善精防体系建设等措施。结果:措施推行半年后调查结果显示,宜昌市严重精神障碍在册患者服药率提高到56.27%,提高了5.13%,提升幅度为10.03%;其中兴山县效果最明显,整改后从19.62%提升为28.86%,提高了9.24%,提升幅度为49.09%。结论:推行加强健康宣教、调整药量或更换药物、提高医疗保障比例及完善精防体系建设等有助于提高严重精神障碍在册患者服药率。
Objective:To explore method for increasing medicine-taking rate of registered patients with severe mental disorders in Yichang city.Methods:A problem solving group was set up to analyze the causes of low medicine-taking rate in the patients with severe mental disorders by brainstorming.Further,some measures were taken,such as strengthening health education,adjusting drug dosage or replacing drugs,increasing the proportion of medical security and improving the construction of mental illness prevention and treatment system.Results:Half a year after the implementation of the measures,the medicine-taking rate of the registered patients with severe mental disorders in Yichang city was improved to 56.27% with an increase of 5.13% and an increasing amplitude of 10.03% of.Among these,Xingshan county had the most obvious effect,and medicine-taking rate was improved from 19.62% to 28.86% with the increase of 9.24 and the increasing amplitude of 49.09%.Conclusions:The following measure can improve the medicine-taking rate of the registered patients with severe mental disorders,including strengthening health education,adjusting drug dosage or replacing drugs,increasing the proportion of medical security and improving the construction of mental illness prevention and treatment system and so on.
