摘要
在刮泥机运行的过程中往往出现扩宽的故障,出现这种情况的原因主要是因为在刮泥机使用的过程中作为进水动力的链轮槽刚度不能满足使用的要求,因此造成刮泥机无法承受动力的传输,最终导致刮板问题的发生。针对这类问题要对动力传递的路线进行更改,这样就能有效降低这样的问题,并且能够避免对刮泥机重新设计,有效节约了资金。
Widening failure often occurs during the operation of mud scrapers.The main reason for this is that the sprocket groove stiffness,which is used as a water-consuming power during the operation of mud scrapers,can not meet the requirements of use,thus causing the mud scrapers to be unable to withstand the transmission of power and eventually leading to the occurrence of scraper problems.In order to solve these problems,the route of power transmission should be changed,which can effectively reduce such problems,avoid redesigning the dredger and save money effectively.
