摘要
网络化管理意识不强、专业人才缺乏、硬件设施和网络安全保障不足等,严重制约了当前高校档案管理网络化的建设与发展。必须采取优化措施,通过建设云平台并利用云计算分析挖掘档案价值,从建立现代化管理理念、建设专业人才队伍、实施档案网络安全保障系统三个方面有效促进档案网络化管理模式创新。
The lack of network management sense,professional talents,hardware facilities and network security guarantees have seriously restricted the development of archive network management in colleges and universities.It is necessary to take optimization measures to build a cloud platform,explore the value of archives through cloud computing analysis,and effectively promote the innovation of archive network management mode from the establishment of modern management concepts,the construction of professional talents,and the implementation of archives network security system.
