摘要
本研究从产业规模、技术水平、重点企业、区域布局、创新载体等视角,对江苏新材料产业发展水平进行判定。基于Wind数据库中154家上市公司的数据,从科技领军人才、高端人才、科技企业家、高技能人才维度,对江苏新材料领域的产业人才分布信息进行统计和分析,剖析新材料产业人才存在的问题,提出推动江苏新材料产业与人才融合发展的对策。
This study judges the development level of the new material industry in Jiangsu from 5 perspectives of industrial scale,technical level,key enterprises,regional layout and innovation carrier.Based on the data of 154 listed companies in Wind database,it analyzes the industrial talents distribution information of new materials industry in Jiangsu from 4 dimensions of science and technology leading talents,high-level talents,scientific and technological entrepreneurs and high-skilled personnel,researches the problems of talents in new material industry,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the integration development of industrial and talent of new material production in Jiangsu.
