闭合复位髓内钉内固定治疗创伤性股骨干骨折的效果 被引量:1

The Effect of Closed Reduction and Intramedullary Nailing in the Treatment of Traumatic Femoral Shaft Fracture

摘要 目的探讨闭合复位髓内钉内固定治疗创伤性股骨干骨折的效果。方法2008年8月—2018年4月方便选择在该院诊治的创伤性股骨干骨折成人患者78例作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为研究组40例与对照组38例,研究组给予闭合复位髓内钉固定治疗,对照组给予钢板内固定治疗,记录两组围手术指标与预后疗效。结果研究组的骨折愈合时间(151.49±44.92)d、术后住院天数、手术时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05),术中出血量显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组与对照组术后3个月的膝关节优良率分别为95.0%和73.7%,研究组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.802,P<0.05)。结论闭合复位髓内钉固定治疗创伤性股骨干骨折能减少对于患者的创伤,改善患者的膝关节功能。 Objective To investigate the effect of closed reduction and intramedullary nailing in the treatment of traumatic femoral shaft fractures.Methods From August 2008 to April 2018,78 adult patients with traumatic femoral shaft fractures were convenient selected as subjects.According to different treatment methods,40 patients in the study group and 38 patients in the control group were given.Intramedullary nail fixation was performed,and the control group was treated with internal fixation.The perioperative indexes and prognosis of the two groups were recorded.Results The fracture healing time of the study group(151.49±44.92)d,postoperative hospital stay and operation time were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good knee joint rate of the study group and the control group were 95.0%and 73.7%,respectively,and the study group was significantly higher than the control group and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.802,P<0.05).Conclusion Closed reduction and intramedullary nailing for the treatment of traumatic femoral shaft fracture can reduce the trauma of the patient and improve the knee function of the patient.
